We personally review it. Every question is read and answered by Dr. Na or Ms. Park directly — never automated.
Get a real reply — written, with a voice note, or with a video response, depending on what the question needs.
Ask again anytime. Once your question is answered, you're free to send the next one whenever it comes up.
