Cancellation Policy
Important Policies & Session Information Please review the following policies regarding your course membership and sessions: • Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for this course/membership purchase. • Scheduling Sessions: o Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours' advance notice if you need to reschedule a session. o Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel a session. • Online Session Details: o Platform & Duration: Live sessions are 20 minutes long and conducted via Zoom (recommended for best experience). If you require an alternative platform like FaceTime or Google Meet, please contact the instructor in advance at the email address to make arrangements. • Technical Assistance for Minors: For students under 16, assistance from a parent or a guardian may be necessary for the initial technical setup (connecting to sessions, using the platform, etc.) on their device.
